This time when I went, today, I had to shout "Hello?" several times after standing at the counter for several minutes, and it wasn't until a delivery driver came back to the store and saw me that anyone came out to greet me. When I said to the manager that he should get a doorbell put in, he laughed. Not very good service, though he was friendly when he actually came to greet me. I understand completely if a store is busy. I work in a similar pizza place, so I know how it gets. But we always acknowledge our customers as soon as they walk into the store. This should be a priority. Or at least make sure your pizza is the best in town, which it is definitely not.

Friendly staff and good food but at the end of the day it's still just a Pizza Hut.
The taste and quality just keeps going down hill. I will never order another pizza from Pizza Hut. The sauce just tastes like sugar. The cheese is definitely not just mozzarella anymore. It has an gross odor. It arrived cold on deluverybthis time as well. Just a poor product :(
I would like to give this Pizza Hut more stars. The food is generally okay (nothing to write home about), but every time I have come in to pick up my carry-out order, it has been at least 5-10 minutes before an employee acknowledges me. I can see my order sitting in the hot box, ready, and can hear people talking in the kitchen. But no one to greet me.
